Regular safety meetings and continual training sessions are held to sensitize every member of our project team accountable for making the job site as safe as possible. The construction industry in Oman also has a unique cultural context and, in this light, special measures must be extended to improve and create awareness about safety. Women are provided with special jackets and safety helmets to go with the local attire and supervisors are trained to be gender-sensitive, in order to create a congenial working atmosphere.
